A million years have come and gone...

OK, maybe not a million, but sometimes it feels that way!  2022 was a rush of highs and lows.

The lowest of the lows, I'm not going to dwell on, too much, but I lost one of my best friends to suicide.  I think about him frequently, wondering what got him to that point, and could I have done anything to prevent it.  Truth is, I may never have those answers, in this life, anyway.

The other bummer this year was no Fear Con in SLC, UT.  I missed seeing my friends and fans that attend that even, and I look forward to it appearing on my schedule next year.

As for highs, the biggest one was my granddaughter being born.  What a sweetheart!  I got the opportunity to spend time with my kids and grandkids on Christmas Eve, which was super great.  They're the best.

As for writing, I had the chance to do 2 appearances at our local Barnes & Noble, as well as at FanX in SLC, UT.  All 3 events went really well, and I plan to post some of the photos I took to the Patreon page.

I've been able to do more with Kindle Vella, this year.  We currently have 5 stories with 3 episodes or more out there to read, including the early Jean Archer adventures, which is a lot of fun.

Speaking of Jean Archer, book 3 is coming along, nicely, and I expect to have it out next year.  SoulChaser 3 is also on the slate for next year, and that will finish out the initial SoulChaser Trilogy.

So, lots to do, and only so much time to get it done in.

I hope you all are having a great, super-fantastic, Holidays, and I look forward to keeping you updated as 2023 steamrolls by.

Thanks, everyone for all you do.

All the Best,

Jason
